About Me
Ever since I purchased my first DSLR a few years ago I can’t seem to get enough. It truly is my passion. Wherever I go, I look at things as if it was through my viewfinder. Everyday I strive to become a better photographer. I primarily photograph nature and everything in it. Sometimes I do challenge myself by working outside my usual element of nature and landscape to better myself and enjoy all of what photography has to offer. I just love the outdoors and would spend the rest of my life traveling to all the national parks in the world. I also enjoy adventures to the seldom traveled, out of the way places. I love all the seasons and the transitions from one to the other. Each has something special to offer and creates dramatic, one of a kind opportunities to photograph.

Inspiration
My inspiration comes from my surroundings when I am photographing, the natural world and all the beauty it beholds, and the desire to be the best I can. This is where I get a lot of my drive to become better. Many times I am not satisfied with my work so I feel I need to re-shoot and learn how to do it right the next time. Photography isn’t an exact science, it is an art. So, within that we as photographers have our artistic license to bend the rules to create the desired end result. Constantly I am working on improving my technical skills as so I can achieve my goal for a visually appealing and sometimes thought provoking photo.

Vision
My vision is simple. The world is constantly changing. I want to be there to capture it. I want to bring to each person that views my photos something special. Make it so they feel each photo I took was specifically for them. I want make them feel as though they were there when that moment was captured.

Within my vision I want to create dynamic, unique and captivating images that makes you think. Not only am I sharing my adventures through my eyes but hopefully opening your mind and stimulating your senses. Society has created such a fast paced lifestyle. So many times we miss much of which is right in front of us. Not to mention the places we haven’t been or might not be able to go. Photography is an incredible medium to not just force us, but allow us to slow down and appreciate what this incredible world we live in has to offer. There is beauty all around us. I’m just trying to capture a little piece of it to share with others.
